The purpose of my piece “Wheat Milling Process” is to show the reader how the wheat milling process works. The intended audience is bakers and flour producers.The questions I would ask myself when writing this piece were “How am I going to address every step of the wheat milling process?” and “Was I making this essay sound formal enough?”.What I learned from this piece is the process the wheat kernels go through in order to get turned into flour for bread. My strengths in this piece are addressing the steps of each process the wheat kernels go through.My weaknesses in this piece is getting more in-depth and also my word choice in the piece. I didn’t know as much as I know now about writing and so if I could fix it, I would. I do not have any questions now. I do understand the “voice in writing” term because I did use my own voice in this piece as well as my sources.
