My perceived purpose of this essay was to inform the audience of who I am and what I have been through which this song resembles. My intended audience is family and friends. Questions I asked myself while writing this piece were “How does this song relate to me and my life?” and “What do I want to let the readers know about my life?” What I learned from this piece is how much I repeat myself in using the words song and how I can prevent that. My strengths in this piece would be writing and really expressing myself into my own words and allowing people into my life by showing them what I have been through. My weaknesses in this piece were also deciding how much I should open up into my writing in this piece. I don’t have any questions still. This essay is where I mostly understood “voice in writing” because this essay is my voice entirely.
